摘要

目的 建立针对妇产科临床药师培训的规范化教学方法,为进一步开展妇产科临床药师通科培训提供参考。方法 根据妇产科临床药学特点,对理论教学、临床培训、药物治疗管理(MTM)教学、科研培训、考核评价进行规范化建设,通过问题导向式(PBL)及案例导向式(CBL)教学方法开展针对性教学。结果 通过规范化教学体系建设,可以进一步促进妇产科临床药学的教学队伍建设。结论 妇产科临床药学有必要进一步推进教学规范化体系建设,推动妇产科临床药学学科发展。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a standard teaching method for clinical pharmacists in gynecology and obstetrics, providing reference for general training for clinical pharmacists in gynecology and obstetrics. METHODS As to characteristics, a standard teaching system was set up with theory teaching, clinical training, MTM teaching, scientific research training, assessment and evaluation. The teaching practice was carried out according to problem based learning and case based learning. RESULTS The abilities of the teaching team were improved with the standard teaching system. CONCLUSION It is necessary to carry out the standard teaching system for promoting development of clinical pharmacy in gynecology and obstetrics.
